TPA is heading up a project that will house two Georgia state pension systems. The 15-story building will have 250,000 square feet of office space.
The Teachers Retirement System of Georgia (TRSGA) and Employees Retirement System of Georgia (ERSGA) will take up most of the space. There will be a lobby, and the office space will start on the seventh floor. The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports that three of the office floors will be leased to other companies. Tenants have not yet been identified.
The two retirement groups paid $15 million for the former Diamond Club. An adjacent 3.2-acre parcel was picked up in 2014 for $5.9 million. The assemblage totals 12 acres.
Builder Brasfield & Gorrie has started site work for the new offices. Vertical construction is scheduled to commence in March 2026, with completion targeted for March 2028.
