Foundry Commercial is developing Edgewood Park of Commerce, a six-building commercial and industrial flex space on 25 acres at 4881 S. Orange Blossom Trail, after the city of Edgewood approved the project. RandallMade Corp., the knife company, owns the land for the development. The company has a store at 4857 S. Orange Blossom Trail, east of the property in question.
The project includes three pairs of buildings — two at 107,400 square feet, two at 94,600 square feet, and two at 80,800 square feet — with truck courts and loading bays between them.
The Orlando Business Journal reports prospective tenants will likely include light assembly, storage and an office or showroom. The $95 million project’s groundbreaking was anticipated for the third quarter of 2025.
Foundry has 2,900 associates in 13 offices and has 30 million square feet of completed D & I projects.
