A historic building in downtown Fort Worth is for sale. Built in 1910 and renovated in 2005, the Bob R. Simpson building is currently an office building. It is close to the Sundance Square entertainment district and the convention center, with ample shopping, dining and entertainment offerings within walking distance.
The 11-story boutique office building is the largest historic registered building in downtown Fort Worth. JLL’s Ryan Matthews and Cannon Camp are marketing the building for sale. The building at 110 W. 7th Street is 101,930 square feet. Icon Lodging bought the building in 2022
The two agents say the next owner has the option to knock out the interiors and keep the building as office space or continue converting it to hospitality or residential. The downtown zoning provides the flexibility for all three uses.
