
The onetime Chevron Phillips Chemical global headquarters in The Woodlands has been sold. Beland Properties picked up the 200,000-square-foot building at 10001 Six Pines. JLL Capital Markets’ Kevin McConn and JLL Brokerage’s Jeff Cairns and Brandon Clarke represented the seller in the transaction.
Completed in 2002, it boasts eight stories of Class A office space with flexible floorplates, structured parking and 3.4 acres of additional land for future development.Â
10001 Six Pines is located in the heart of The Woodlands, approximately 27 miles north of Houston and 20 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. The property is adjacent to the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and close to The Waterway, The Woodlands Mall and numerous lodging and residential options.
