Thompson Realty Capital has received approval from the town of Flower Mound to move ahead on a 200-unit apartment complex, an office building, restaurant and retail space.
Community Impact reports that the apartment project, called Silveron Park, includes amenities such as a pool, courtyard, and a fenced-in dog park. The apartment construction can’t begin until Thompson finishes construction on 75,000 square feet of nonresidential space on the site. The office building will be three stories tall and will total approximately 65,000 square feet, with retail space comprising the remainder.
Thompson is a Richardson-based company that boasts on its website that it’s a full-service real estate firm specializing in the development, leasing, management, and servicing of commercial real estate properties, with a specific focus on the development of mixed-use projects, office buildings, single-family and multi-family subdivisions.
Flower Mound is northwest of Dallas and northeast of Fort Worth, adjacent to Grapevine Lake.Â
