The Feil Organization has secured two long-term leases totaling 25,500 square feet at 257 Park Ave. South, also known as the Gramercy Park Building and located in Midtown South. They include AngelList, a fintech company that signed for 12,900 square feet; and executive search and consulting firm Options Group, which leased 12,600 square feet.

AngelList was represented by Jonathan Franzel of Newmark, and Options Group was represented by Sam Seiler and Patrick Moroney of CBRE. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener and Robert Fisher.
