A legendary piece of Arizona’s history is now available for purchase. The Tucson Truck Terminal, also known as the TTT (Triple T), a landmark just outside of Tucson, has officially hit the market after more than 70 years of operation. The asking price is $10 million. The property is just off Interstate 10 at the Craycroft Road offramp.
The Triple T Truck Stop, established in 1965, covers 35,145 square feet and includes a range of amenities such as a full-service restaurant, bar, truck wash, motel rooms, and more. It spans approximately 11.09 acres of commercial space. The property’s value may be enhanced by recently installed underground fuel storage tanks and above ground pumps, and upcoming ADOT road improvements. The TTT had cameo appearances in a number of movies, including White Line Fever.
Besides Omar’s Hi-Way Chef Restaurant, the TTT also has added Sallie Sue’s Adult Beverage House. Sallie Sue’s is equipped with a state-of-the-art computerized bartender that is capable of mixing 600 different drinks. Kidder Mathews has the listing.
