CIM Group has signed a long-term lease with Little Big Hospitality for 45,000 square feet at its Panorama office and retail complex in Brooklyn. The 50 Columbia Heights building will house the first location of The Beginning Clubhouse, a new concept offering a family-centric membership club.
“We believe The Beginning Clubhouse is an ideal addition to this Brooklyn neighborhood that is home to many families who will gravitate to the inviting, members-only environment and combination of adult and children’s spaces and programming,” said Shaul Kuba, co-founder and principal, CIM Group.
Scheduled to open in summer 2026, The Beginning Clubhouse will offer curated activities and services for children, including supervised childcare on dedicated floors with play areas, game rooms, and organized classes. Adults will have access to comfortable workspaces including meeting rooms and a quiet library, as well as a fitness center, spa and more.
