KPG Funds said that event management and promotion company POSH Group Inc. has signed a lease to significantly expand its operations at The Crosby, KPG’s new luxury office building in SoHo. POSH’s new lease nearly doubles its office space at 40 Crosby St. to 22,637 square feet.
“POSH Group’s expansion at The Crosby is a testament to their continued success and ambition,” said Greg Kraut, co-founder and CEO of KPG Funds. “This move not only strengthens POSH Group’s presence in SoHo but also reinforces the demand for premium office spaces that inspire innovation and foster success.”
The Crosby is a five-story office building comprising 70,493 square feet, including 34,229 square feet of office space with an additional 18,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. POSH currently occupies the entire fourth floor, measuring 11,201 square feet, and will now add the third floor, measuring 11,436 square feet.
