Ethos Commercial Advisors has secured bridge financing for Thrive at Green Mountain, a 111-unit townhome property spanning 100,000 sqaure feet of gross building area in Camas, Washington.
Daniel Natsch and Matthew Illias of Ethos Commercial Advisors originated a 36-month bridge loan at 75% LTC with a national debt fund to replace the existing construction loan. Situated in the heart of the growing community of Camas, Thrive at Green Mountain provides proximity to major employers including Clark Community College and Peace Health – Vancouver.
Thrive at Green Mountain offers brand-new three-bedroom townhomes. Lease up began on a rolling basis as units were delivered with the first lease signed in June 2024 and the final units delivered in spring 2025. The community is situated near the Downtown Camas Theater, shopping options at Columbia Crossing Shopping Center, and the Lacamas Lake Trail.Â
