
Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) will relocate its Atlanta office to Ten Twenty Spring, a 525,000-square-foot, Class-A office tower at the heart of Spring Quarter.
Transitioning from its 110,000-square-foot Downtown office, EY will occupy the 14th through 16th floors of Ten Twenty Spring, accommodating approximately 3,000 Atlanta-based employees.
The move is scheduled for August 2026. Glenn Dyke with CBRE represented EY in the lease and Glenn Kolker, Preston Menning and Malik Leaphart from Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord.
Amenities include a coworking lounge, pedestrian-friendly walkways, lush gardens and retail and dining destinations.Â
Other campus highlights include Sora, a 370-unit luxury residential tower featuring coworking lounges, a pet spa, pool, sky lounge with city views, multiple fitness centers, a climbing wall and golf simulator.
