
 EQT Real Estate obtained the Great Valley Commerce Center Building 4, a 290,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility located at 151 Logistics Parkway in White, Georgia. Core5 Industrial Partners was the seller. White is an hour north of Atlanta.
Completed in 2024, Great Valley Commerce Center Building 4 is fully leased to Vanderlande Industries Inc., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota Industries Corporation.
The property is located within one mile of the Hanwha Q Cells manufacturing facility and 12 miles from the Hyundai-SK battery plant. The facility provides efficient connectivity to regional and national markets through proximity to the Appalachian Regional Port, an inland rail terminal with exclusive CSX service offering direct access to the Port of Savannah, while serving a 90-minute drive radius encompassing nearly four million people.
The JLL Capital Markets team representing the seller included Dennis Mitchell, Britton Burdette, Jim Freeman, Maggie Dominguez and Bobby Norwood.
