EōS Fitness signed a new long-term lease for an over 51,000-square-foot gym at 5000 Main Street in The Colony, Texas, where it will serve as an anchor tenant of the Colony Marketplace shopping center. Expected to begin construction in 2027, the redevelopment will combine the former Big Lots and Texas Family Fitness spaces into a single, reconfigured location. Segovia Partners represented the tenant, while the landlord, Harkinson Dewan represented themselves.
The company also signed a new long-term lease to open its first location in Arlington, Texas. With construction set to begin in 2027, this will be a 30,000-square-foot gym at 137 Merchants Row in Arlington. EōS Fitness will serve as the anchor tenant of the Arlington Highlands shopping center, replacing the former Conn’s HomePlus site and joining notable retailers including Ulta Beauty, Lululemon, Studio Movie Grill and more.
