
EōS Fitness has signed two new long-term leases, one in Cape Coral and the other in Palm Beach Gardens.
The Palm Beach Gardens lease will be for a nearly 42,000-square-foot gym at 7070 Fairway Drive in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, taking over the former LA Fitness site adjacent to the PGA National Resort. EōS will serve as the anchor tenant of PGA National Shops, joining other retailers, including Chase Bank, Pollo Tropical and The Learning Experience. EōS’ second location in Palm Beach Gardens is expected to open in 2027. SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant, while the landlord, Centro, represented itself.
EōS Fitness has also signed a 40,000-square-foot, long-term retail lease at Coral Grove Town Center in Cape Coral, Florida. Set to open in 2027, EoS will join Whole Foods as an anchor in the 350,000-square-foot mixed-use center. The lease transaction was brokered by SRS Real Estate Partners, while Newmark represented the landlord, L&L Holding Company.
