Link Logistics has unloaded Airport Trade Center, a 372,000-square-foot, three-building industrial park at 3208 NW 72nd Ave. East Capital Partners acquired the property, which Commercial Edge reports Link Logistics purchased for $56 million in 2019.
JLL’s Sales and Advisory team, which led the sales efforts, included Luis Castillo, Cody Brais and Taylor Osborne. Melissa Rose and Jovi Rodriguez led the firm’s Debt Advisory team, which arranged the financing.
Airport Trade Center opened in 1972 and was revamped in 2014. The property is adjacent to Miami International Airport and 11.6 miles from PortMiami and downtown Miami, central to the Southern Florida hub.
In addition to its investment capabilities, EAST is a vertically integrated real estate company providing its own asset management, property management, accounting, construction, and leasing services.
