Driftwood Capital is financing, building and managing a new 18-story hotel to go up not far from Oracle’s proposed $1.35 billion campus. The Hilton-branded hotel will have 300 rooms.
Located at 100 Spring Street, the new Tempo and Homewood Suites by Hilton will rise near Oracle’s future headquarters and the new Nissan Stadium. Driftwood’s involvement includes not only preferred equity financing but also full-scale development oversight through Driftwood Development Services. Upon completion, Driftwood Hospitality Management will oversee long-term operations management.Â
The hotel is being developed by 100 Spring Street Hotel, a joint venture between Skyline Hospitality and Patrick Culligan, along with Sonari Capital Partners, Inc.Â
The project will include approximately 10,000 square feet of meeting space, food and beverage options, and a rooftop component overlooking Downtown Nashville.Â
Situated in Nashville’s East Bank, the dual-branded Tempo and Homewood Suites hotel is strategically located near key destinations and transit routes.
