You can always count on the guys at the Russian automotive YouTube channel Garage 54 to try out the most ridiculous ideas. Not just the really far-out ideas, but the ones that are so ridiculous we’d be almost embarrassed to propose the idea out loud. Whether it’s square-shaped pistons or a transparent engine block, there are things that simply aren’t done in production cars, but that’s no reason not to give it a shot in a Soviet-era Lada.
