When the Ford Focus exited the North American market in 2018, it marked the end of an era for the Blue Oval’s tenure in the compact car segment. As the market shifted towards SUVs and crossovers, Ford opted to discontinue the Focus, though the car was still on sale in other parts of the world. But even Europe, one of the Focus’ biggest markets, has called time on this long-standing product, with production ending in November 2025.
