Ivy P3 Group and Horizon Capital Partners are a step closer to building a $250 million hotel development that will include residences, retail and restaurants at 2516 Maple Ave. in Uptown Dallas.Â
Pending approval from the full city council later this month, construction on the high-rise could begin in May 2027 with an opening planned for spring 2030. The multimillion-dollar complex will replace the former St. Germain Hotel, a vacant Victorian mansion constructed in 1897. Â
The residential units will occupy the top 10 levels of the tower while the restaurant and retail spaces will occupy the bottom floors and the remaining levels will house the hotel. The Monclaire Hotel and Residences will feature 65 hotel rooms and suites. Nunzio Marc DeSantis Architect is designing the project.
Ivy P3 Group is a development firm founded in 2018.Â
