
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 777 North Capitol Street, a premier 226,000-square-foot Class A office building in Washington, D.C.
The property, located in the heart of the Capitol Hill/NOMA submarket within proximity to Union Station and the U.S. Capitol, currently has multiple floors available for lease with opportunities for tenants ranging from 1,500 to 38,000 square feet.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Katcher, Kyle McFadden, and John Skolnik are handling leasing at the property owned by the Center for Public Administration & Service Inc. The firm was also recently tapped to manage leasing for 733 10th Street, a 175,000-square-foot trophy office building in the heart of the East End.
