
Cushman & Wakefield has hired Gabrielle Harvey and Brendan Callahan as executive vice chairs, based in the firm’s Boston office. Harvey and Callahan will further strengthen the brokerage group’s tenant representation and portfolio services platform throughout New England and nationally. The team brings extensive expertise in headquarters strategy and portfolio optimization for major Fortune 500 companies, executing complex, large-scale real estate transactions across the globe.

Harvey and Callahan join Cushman & Wakefield from JLL, where they held senior leadership roles and advised corporate occupiers across a broad range of industries, including technology, life sciences, financial services, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. The team has transacted in all major U.S. markets, as well as EMEA, South America, and Asia-Pacific. They have closed more than $2 billion in headquarter deals for local and national clients.
