
Cushman & Wakefield represented Hutchinson Technology in its disposition of a 702,371-square-foot manufacturing facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
A Cushman & Wakefield Minneapolis-based team led by Jordan Dick, Todd Hanson and Jason Sell represented Hutchinson Technology in its transaction with TTM Technologies. Located at 2435 Alpine Road in Eau Claire, the facility was previously owned and operated by Hutchinson Technology for the production of disk drive products.
The facility is in excellent condition and features a unique and highly sophisticated infrastructure that positions it to support advanced technology printed circuit board manufacturing. “Availability of a state-of-the-art facility of this quality is a truly unique opportunity,” said Dick, Cushman & Wakefield Director. “With that opportunity at hand, we matched Hutchinson Technology with an ideal end-user in TTM, and we’re proud to be a part of ongoing job-creation and advanced-manufacturing growth in the Midwest.”
