Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 705 York Road, a two-story office building located in downtown Towson, Maryland. The property sold for $1.875 million.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Lizzy Sweeney and Charlie Fenwick represented the seller, SMC Realty LLC, in the transaction. The buyer, Convergent Technologies Design Group Inc. (CTDG), was represented by Laura Rosen of Long and Foster Real Estate. CTDG specializes in low-voltage systems and acoustics. The company’s other offices include New York City, Phoenix, Arizona and Towson, Maryland, now serving as their North American headquarters.
“705 York Road offered a rare opportunity to acquire a well-maintained office building with excellent visibility and access in one of Baltimore County’s most active suburban markets,” said Sweeney. “The property’s location and scale made it an ideal fit for an owner-occupant seeking long-term stability in the heart of Towson.” The property is located within walking distance of Towson’s amenity base, including dining, retail, and public services.
