Clean, minimal design has been the theme of many new car designs lately. Just look at the Audi Concept C that was recently revealed. It’s about as close to a smooth, solid block as you can get, short of maybe Jaguar’s controversial coupe concept. One brand bucking that trend is Cupra. As a quick reminder, Cupra is the performance brand spun off of Seat, a Spanish car brand that’s part of Volkswagen Group. Both its concepts and production cars show that the brand is all about wild lines and creases. It’s all about maximalism, and that doesn’t change with its newest concept, the Tindaya.
