Crescent Communities, alongside the Church at Wieuca, is building 3600 Peachtree, a mixed-use development positioned at the apex of Peachtree Road in the heart of Buckhead. The office tower will go up at the corner of Peachtree and Wieuca Roads adjacent to Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square.
The development plans call for a 375,000-square-foot, 21-story Class A office tower complemented by a 300-unit NOVEL by Crescent Communities multifamily component, street-level food and beverage, and amenity spaces.
3600 Peachtree will be anchored by approximately 10,000 square feet of shared indoor amenities with direct access to an elevated 19,000-square- foot landscaped outdoor terrace overlooking Buckhead. Offerings will include flexible conferencing and training spaces capable of accommodating more than 200 attendees, wellness and fitness facilities with dedicated locker rooms, indoor and outdoor lounges, and multiple alternative work environments.
The project’s development partners include HSR Development Services (development), Partners Real Estate (leasing), and Pickard Chilton (architect).
