Core Spaces, in partnership with Wexford Developments, broke ground on Hub on Campus Tempe, a 30-story mixed-use development that will bring new housing, retail, and lifestyle opportunities to Arizona Arizona State University and downtown Tempe.
Located east of Myrtle Avenue between Sixth and Seventh Streets, the project will feature 818 units and 1,957 beds. It will also include ground-level retail and a rooftop amenity deck, designed to foster a dynamic urban experience.
Hub on Campus Tempe is set to be completed in summer 2028.
Kennedy Wilson provided financing for the construction loan and TSB Capital Advisors consulted on the transaction.
Findorff serves as the general contractor. Architecture is led by RSP Architects, with interiors by Core’s in-house design team. Core Spaces and Wexford Developments are co-developers and Core Spaces will manage the property upon completion.
