International consulting firm West Monroe Partners has relocated its Seattle office to an 18,800-square-foot space in downtown’s 2+U tower.
The firm has had a presence in Seattle since 2005 and moved last fall from a slightly smaller office at 801 Fifth Ave., where it had subleased space, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal.
West Monroe Partners is a digital services firm headquartered in Chicago that provides management consulting and creative and product engineering services to businesses. The firm occupies the 31st floor of the 38-story tower.
The 700,000-square-foot 2+U tower is owned by South Korean financial groups Hana Alternative Asset Management and Hana Financial Group, which acquired a 95% stake from developer Skanska in 2020. The 38-story high-rise office building in downtown Seattle was completed in 2020 and is located at 2nd Avenue and University Street.
