Cordillera Homes has started construction on Central Peak Residences, a boutique collection of 26 condominiums at the former US Bank site in downtown Kirkland.
Located steps from Lake Washington, Central Peak Residences will offer a curated collection of single-level homes featuring spacious layouts ranging from 1,150 to 2,415 square feet. The four-story building will also include a cafe, a lounge, and a landscaped rooftop terrace.
“Breaking ground on Central Peak Residences is the culmination of years of careful planning and design, and it marks an important milestone for both Cordillera Homes and downtown Kirkland,” said Tosti with Cordillera Homes. “Central Peak Residences is about more than building homes — it’s about reimagining a prominent corner of our city in a way that brings new energy while staying true to what makes Kirkland special.”
Project partners include Baylis Architects, and sales are being represented by Michael Orbino, Tere Foster, and Moya Skillman with Team Foster Builder + Developer Services at COMPASS in Bellevue.
