Colliers represented Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (CCP) in securing a new 13,100-square-foot lease at 676 E Swedesford Road in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
CCP will develop a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center in partnership with Cardiovascular Logistics, SCA Health, and Penn Medicine. The facility is expected to open in late 2025. The Colliers team was led by Paul Rogers, Executive Vice President, Health Services Group, and Charlie Rogers, Associate.

The new center offers same-day, elective diagnostic and therapeutic therapies and will have three operating rooms and one procedure room to deliver cardiac care across the greater Philadelphia region.
