Colliers represented a Cincinnati-based non-profit in the acquisition of 123 East Liberty Street in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The sale was led by the Colliers team of Senior Vice Presidents, Elaine Gillespie and Sloane Nichols, and Sarah Higgins, Associate, who represented The Center for Respite Care, the only medical respite facility in the Greater Cincinnati region.
The Center for Respite Care currently operates a facility nearby and plans to relocate medical services to the new building in the fall of 2026. The move is expected to provide ongoing stability and additional space to expand.
“I’ve had a longstanding relationship with The Center for Respite Care, so it was especially rewarding to work closely with their team to identify a new home in Cincinnati that supports their mission,” said Gillespie. “After an extensive search, this property emerged as the ideal fit, allowing the center to expand its outreach and to plan confidently for long-term growth.”
