Clise Properties, a family-run long-term owner and developer in the Puget Sound region, has hired Kathy O’Kelley as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Operations.
In this newly created position, O’Kelley is tasked with driving strategic initiatives focused on delivering value, performance, and efficiency across the company’s diverse portfolio. Additionally, she will focus on talent acquisition and development as the firm grows the team.

Kathy comes to Clise with over 30 years of real estate experience, with the bulk of her career having been at Hines, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Management Services. Kathy is a current Downtown Seattle Association board member, having previously served as Board Chair as well as MID Board Chair.
