
Midtown Corner, a 69,000-square-foot shopping center located at East Six Forks and Wake Forest Roads in Raleigh, sold for $26.95 million. Clarion Partners was the buyer of the center. Ram Realty Advisors was the seller.
The center on 7.45 acres dates to 1997 and includes the buildings with PGA Tour Superstore, the restaurant First Watch and Fifth Third Bank. The building with Jimmy John’s, Papa Johns Pizza and Benjamin Moore – Prism Paint + Design was also part of the sale. The center is 100% leased.
The Triangle Business Journal reports Clarion Partners has no plans to redevelop the site.
Activate (photo), a family-friendly gaming entertainment center, has signed a lease.
