
Colliers has appointed Josh McGee as vice chair. Based in Chicago, McGee brings more than twenty-five years of experience advising corporations across a broad spectrum of transactions. He will focus on advising corporate clients on sale-leaseback and disposition strategies to support portfolio optimization. Prior to Colliers, McGee held a senior role at Cushman & Wakefield, where he co-led corporate occupier capital solutions nationally.
Bank of America has named Andy Noll, Business Banking executive, president of Bank of America Columbus. He succeeds Kelly D’Ambrosia, who led the market since 2021 and recently relocated to Dallas. As president and head of the market, he will oversee the company’s efforts to grow market share by fostering local connections and identifying opportunities to grow and deepen client relationships.
Kiser Group has added Ari Skolnik and Andrew Smart to its growing team of real estate professionals. Both bring specialized expertise and a strong foundation in investment sales, underwriting, and client relationship development. Skolnik joins Kiser Group as an associate, focusing on multifamily investments in the Wisconsin-Milwaukee area alongside Luis Robles. Smart joins Kiser Group as an associate in the senior housing sector, working alongside Mark Myers.

CBRE has appointed Heather Nevin to senior managing director and market leader for Cincinnati, Dayton and Kentucky. She will be responsible for all day-to-day operations for all Cincinnati, Dayton and Kentucky Advisory Service lines of business, including leasing, sales, valuations, debt, structured finance and property management across all property types. This appointment follows the transition of Kevin Schutte, formerly the Cincinnati and Dayton market leader, to a producer role in the firm.
