CenterPoint Properties has appointed Jeff Thornton to lead its Central Region team as executive vice president. Thornton comes to CenterPoint from Ryan Companies, where he was president of the firm’s South Central Region. Jim Clewlow, CenterPoint’s chief operating officer, said Thornton will oversee all operations and strategic initiatives within the Central Region.
Marcus & Millichap has added Tyrell McGee as a senior associate to its Chicago downtown office. With over a decade of experience specializing in corporate sale-leaseback financing, build-to-suit financing, and net-lease transactions, McGee has successfully underwritten and facilitated more than $4.5 billion in domestic and international deals across industrial, retail and office assets.Â
Lee & Associates announced that Michael O’Leary has been promoted to principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, from executive vice president. Since joining the firm in 2019, O’Leary has been a key member of the industrial services division, specializing in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties throughout several key submarkets, including the I-80 and I-294 corridors and Northwest Indiana.
The Laramar Group has announced the promotion of Brandon Krantz and Matt Kreikemeier to VP of Investments. The firm has a corporate office in Chicago. Krantz and Kreikemeier have been instrumental in overseeing the planning, sourcing and execution of acquisition and disposition activities for Laramar Group’s portfolio of multifamily and medical office properties across the country.
Subtext has expanded its platform with the launch of a Public-Private Partnerships (P3) vertical, reinforcing its commitment to addressing the nation’s growing housing crisis. To lead this effort, Subtext has appointed Patrick Parsons as Senior Vice President of Public-Private Partnerships. With extensive experience in the real estate and housing sectors, Parsons will spearhead Subtext’s P3 initiatives.
DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International has awarded Vice President Mandy Lewandowski with its 2024 HIGH-VOLUME Award. The award is earned by the broker who has completed the most transactions. In 2024, Lewandowski completed 67 brokerage deals including industrial, retail and office transactions. Lewandowski’s transaction value for 2024 totaled over $11.5 million with 358,698 square feet of space leased.
LK Architecture, a commercial architecture and design firm, has appointed Craig A. Rhodes as its new Design Director. With nearly 40 years of experience, Rhodes will lead design direction, oversee project execution on both the national and local levels, and strengthen client relationships across all industry sectors.
Kiser Group announced the hiring of Mike Mosher as Chief of Revenue Production. Mosher joins Kiser Group from a national multifamily brokerage company where he held a position first as National Head Of Sales and then later as CEO. In his role at Kiser Group, Mosher will lead the sales force, recruit, spearhead expansion into new markets, and coordinate the integration of additional client services.
