
W.E. O’Neil Construction announced that Brian Ramsay is transitioning from CEO to chairman of the board while John Finn will take on the CEO title, moving from his role as COO and president of the California region. These changes coincide with the national construction firm’s 100-year anniversary.
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Josh Jandris and Brett Gardner have oined the firm, with each serving as vice chair. Jandris and Gardner have closed investment sales of Seniors Housing properties totaling more than $15 billion. Based in Chicago, the team will represent institutional and private capital investors in dispositions, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities, independent living facilities, continuing care retirement communities and age-restricted communities.
