CBRE has opened a new 17,500-square-foot office on the eighth floor of Oswald Tower at 950 Main Avenue in Cleveland’s Flats neighborhood.
The firm has relocated from the second floor of the same building, where it provides leasing and property management services. The new office is part of CBRE’s Workplace360 program. “950 Main Avenue is one of Cleveland’s premier trophy office towers and CBRE has been an anchor tenant since the property was built in 2013,” said Andrew Coleman, managing director for CBRE in Cleveland. “We’re excited to renew our commitment to downtown Cleveland and expand into a larger footprint to support our growing team.”
The office has several different work areas, including focus rooms, huddle rooms, conference rooms, and project rooms. New technology is installed throughout the office to support remote and in-person collaboration between employees. There are also several artwork pieces by Cleveland-based artists, which were curated in partnership with a local nonprofit.
