
CBRE has closed three new office leases totaling nearly 80,000 square feet at 1111 Old Eagle School Road, a recently renovated office property in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
The long-term leases include a 38,572-square-foot headquarters lease for iPipeline, a provider of digital solutions for the life insurance and financial services industries. They also include a lease for 32,600 square feet to Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC d/b/a Comcast Advertising in relocation from Chesterbrook and 8,014 square feet to Elemica, a provider of digital supply chain management solutions.
“This was a four-year process to right size DLL’s occupancy to 85,000 square feet on the third floor and convert the remainder of the 200,000 square foot building into a multi-tenant configuration with the goal of attracting large full-floor tenants,” said Gabrielsen. “The recent renovations and amenities enhancements are what attracted iPipeline, Comcast and Elemica to the property, which checks all the boxes for the flight-to-quality trend and delivers a workplace that employees want to come to.”
