
CBRE has been named the exclusive sales agent for The Liberty Loan Building, an office property and the only freestanding building situated directly along the Tidal Basin at 401 14th Street SW.
Owned by the General Services Administration (GSA) and home to the U.S. Department of the Treasury since it was constructed in 1918, the Liberty Loan Building is being made available vacant to the investment and user communities for the first time in its history.
