
- Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. announced the election of T. Ritson Ferguson to the company’s board of directors, and the retirement of director Mark D. Linehan. Ferguson is an Independent Investment Committee Member of CBRE Investment Management Listed Real Assets. Â
- With the evolution of the workplace, JLL has expanded its Southern California office brokerage business. The firm has hired 10-year Los Angeles commercial real estate veteran Blake Olson as SVP. Olson will specialize in helping office tenants with their leasing needs in Southern California with a focus on West Los Angeles.Â
- SRS Real Estate Partners added a new retail team specializing in tenant representation to its Newport Beach office. Jeff Straka, Debra Hoppe, and Hannah Rogers have joined SRS from Main + Main. Together, they bring decades of retail real estate expertise and a proven track record of serving tenants across Southern California and beyond.Â
- Perform Properties, a diversified real estate operating platform specializing in grocery-anchored retail centers and office assets, added Mark Ross as SVP, leasing – retail. Ross will oversee the company’s West Coast portfolio. In addition, Perform has made two promotions: Kirsten Ekdahl Hull as EVP, portfolio management, and Kori Murphy as SVP, region lead – retail.Â
- Community Preservation Partners (CPP), a mission-driven developer dedicated to preserving and creating affordable housing, has made two leadership promotions. John Fraser has been elevated to SVP of development, while Bobby Syharath has been appointed VP of asset management.Â
- Interior Logic Group (ILG), a provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry, announced that Alan Davenport is returning to lead ILG as CEO, effective Oct. 6. Davenport previously spent more than a decade with ILG, including eight years as CEO. He succeeds Jon Weldon, who has served as Interim CEO since June. Weldon will transition to a senior operations role, reporting to Davenport.Â
- Western National Property Management (WNPM), the multifamily property management division of Western National Group, promoted Nick Alicastro to SVP. In this role, Alicastro will continue to support WNPM’s expanding portfolio while guiding the firm’s strategic growth.Â
- Crexi, a commercial real estate marketplace and technology platform, has introduced Crexi Vault. Currently available in private Beta, Vault converts real estate documents — such as offering memorandums (OMs) and marketing materials — into structured, enriched, searchable data, according to Crexi.Â
- Figure, a California-based company developing autonomous humanoid robots, announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with Brookfield. Brookfield will help Figure develop the world’s largest and most diverse real-world humanoid pretraining dataset and build critical AI infrastructure for scaling Helix, Figure’s proprietary vision-language-action model, and facilitate deployment of humanoid robots in new commercial settings. Brookfield has also invested in Figure’s Series C fundraising as part of the broader partnership.Â
- Timberlane Partners, a Seattle-based real estate investment, development and asset management company with a focus on multifamily real estate, is seeking a Director of Investor Relations. This position can be based in Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York. The Director will be a key contributor in both capital formation and investor servicing, while also shaping and executing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in IR, client services or sales/marketing operations in private equity, real estate investment or alternative asset management. Executive search firm RETS Associates is handling the search.
