Trinity Investments, a private real estate investment firm specializing in global hospitality and real estate opportunities, today announced the appointment of JoAnne Halligan as CFO, succeeding Kervin Hayashi. Based in Los Angeles, Halligan will oversee Trinity’s finance, accounting, and treasury functions and work closely with the firm’s leadership team to support strategic initiatives across its global platform.

Prince Street Partners, a privately held real estate investment and development firm that acquires, repositions, and develops high-quality assets across Northern California and Western U.S., is seeking a Sr. Associate, Investments in Menlo Park, CA. The Associate will lead execution on new acquisitions and developments, as well as asset manage a portfolio of Office, Life Science, and Multifamily investments. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working on investments, developments, and value-add repositioning.
