Colliers announced the addition of Kyle Kehner and the return of Trevor Wright to its growing Inland Empire/Orange County brokerage. Based in Ontario, Kehner will serve as EVP, and Wright, based in Irvine, will serve as associate VP. They join as partners to the team of Vice Chair Ian DeVries, Executive Vice President Chris DeVries, and Senior Client Services Specialist Patty Uchytil, predominantly focused on the Inland Empire market.

CenterCal Properties LLC, a leading vertically integrated real estate developer and investment firm specializing in retail and mixed-use destinations across the western United States, today announced the appointment of Brian Moss as Head of Capital and Strategy. Moss will report directly to Jean Paul Wardy, CEO and Founder of CenterCal, and will serve on both the firm’s Executive Board and Investment Committee.

Construction management firm Suffolk appointed Preston Hoopes as General Manager of Northern California. He will leverage his relationships to lead Suffolk’s expansion throughout Northern California, strengthen client partnerships and advance the company’s footprint in key growth sectors including healthcare, life sciences, higher education and corporate clients.

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), a specialized business services firm that has completed more than 1,200 projects and assignments in 35 states, promoted Joe Corcoran to EVP. While continuing to serve as a receiver for the firm, Corcoran’s new role bolsters the company’s executive team and further positions DWC to fulfill its mission of providing a wide range of business, workout, and real estate services to financial institutions, law firms, state and federal courts, property owners and REITs.

Ascent Developer Solutions, a relationship-based lender providing customized financing solutions to real estate developers, has made two key executive hires to its rapidly expanding lending team. Gene Kim joins AscentDS as Executive Vice President, CRE Strategies, brining more thanr 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and structured finance. Asher Patak joins as Senior Vice President, Lending Team Officer, bringing more than 15 years of experience.
