
Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of the 7-Eleven and Barber Craft Retail Condo, a 3,251-square-foot retail property located in Downtown San Diego. The sale price was $1,950,000.
“We received multiple all-cash offers and ultimately went with this buyer because of their quick closing timeline,” said Reed Hamilton, associate investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office. Hamilton, Bill Rose, senior managing director investments, and Parker Wada, associate investments, in the San Diego Del Mar office, marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Mills at Cortez LLC.
Hamilton added, “We were able to achieve a 20-day due diligence period and 10-day close, with a total escrow timeline of 30 days.”
The property is located at 1631 Sixth Ave in Cortez Hill, a submarket of Downtown San Diego. It is located directly across the street from the 126-unit Kindred Development Project.
