Chevrolet surprised many when it tapped out of the muscle car arena in 2023, announcing that the Camaro would go away after the 2024 model year with no successor in sight. Chevy was quick to assure fans that the Camaro nameplate wasn’t gone for good, but merely taking a breather until the time was right for a new generation.
