200 Build-to-Rent (BTR) units and 394 apartment units are in Buckeye’s future. The town’s planning and zoning commission okayed the two requests in the city experiencing astounding growth. The town has grown 25% since the 2020 census…to 120,000 as of 2025.
AZBEX reports that Dominium’s plan for a BTR community at Yuma and Apache roads calls for 10 single-story detached and 95 two-story duplex buildings, with 100 three- and 100 four-bedroom units.
Planned amenities include a clubhouse, a complex with a pool and ramada area, two age-directed playground areas, several natural and artificial turf lawn and game areas.
The other plan approved was for Prose Verrado, a 394-unit apartment community on 17.21 acres on the east side of Verrado Way between Roosevelt and Fillmore streets.
The development will comprise 394 units. Alliance Residential is the developer, and triARCH Architecture & Design is the design firm.
