Koeppel Rosen LLC, leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, said that Allexian, dba Bridge Medical, has expanded at 389 Fifth Ave. by 3,027 square feet, and now occupies a total of 6,832 square feet on the building’s fourth floor.
Bridge Medical provides a comprehensive suite of mental health services for patients with concussions, traumatic head injuries, PTSD, anxiety and depression, as well as Alzheimer’s and other neurological conditions.
“Bridge Medical has been a tenant at 389 Fifth Ave. for a few years and was looking to expand at the property to accommodate company growth,” said Max Koeppel, director of leasing. “The mental health services provider wanted to expand within the building given its convenient location for patients, and our team was able to work with them to secure a space that met their needs.”
The tenant was represented by Steven Gurton of R New York, while ownership was represented in-house by Koeppel.
