
The Boeing Company purchased a nearly 45-acre property it had been leasing located near the Paine Field Airport and the company’s Everett factory at the end of 2025.
The aircraft maker purchased the nearly 320,000-square-foot office and industrial space for $54 million, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. Cushman & Wakefield’s Pat Mutzel, Nico Napolitano and Jeffrey Cole represented the sellers, Arka Properties Group and Black Equities Group.
Boeing had been leasing the property at 6001 36th Ave. W. for more than a decade as the sole tenant. The property is just a few miles from Boeing’s airplane assembly facility. The move is the latest aviation-related commercial real estate deal in the region.
Alaska Air Group recently opened a new 660,000-square-foot Global Training Center in Renton, Washington. The company invested more than $200 million in the facility, and the center will help the airline consolidate training for Alaska and Hawaiian frontline workgroups.
