The CarBuzz spy photographers have snapped the electric BMW M3 out testing once again as the Bavarian automaker gets ready to bring what could be the quickest M3 ever to production. This time it was spotted charging. It was also snapped looking blue, and we aren’t talking about paint. One of the car’s rear brake rotors is completely blue, which suggests that this pre-production prototype was getting absolutely hammered during BMW’s testing.
