The world premiere of “Melania” was hosted at the Kennedy Center in D.C. on Thursday night.
Attendees, including the president and Pete Hegseth, wore blue ensembles for the event.
Nicki Minaj was also there in a daring gown that had a prominent keyhole cutout.
There was a surprising lack of “MAGA red” at the premiere of Melania Trump’s new movie.
The first lady, her husband, and their political allies walked the red carpet at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., on Thursday night to support the film, “Melania,” which hits theaters Friday.
There were no “Make America Great Again” hats or vibrant red suits in sight, though. Instead, attendees arrived in a mix of understated looks, American flag pins, and, most interestingly, blue ensembles.
Here’s a closer look at what attendees wore.
The president and first lady chose simple outfits for Melania’s big night.

Donald Trump posed outside the premiere in a navy suit, wearing an American flag pin on his lapel and a burgundy tie.
Melania, on the other hand, chose an all-black ensemble from Italian fashion brand Dolce & Gabbana. It comprised a straight skirt, a buttoned blazer with a thin belt, and pointed leather heels.
The outfit fit her subdued style, which she’s worn throughout this presidential term. Her hair, now gold and brown, was styled in her signature waves.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. wore a blue suit for the occasion.

He paired his pinstriped set with a white button-up shirt and an extra-skinny tie.
The latter was blue and printed with a pattern of small red crab shapes.

Dr. Oz and his son, Oliver, matched in blue satin suits, black dress shoes, and red ties.
The women of the family took the same approach, but with a different color palette. Lisa Oz wore a brown satin dress with gold heels and matching earrings, while Daphne Oz donned a glittering brown dress with velvet boots and a diamond necklace.
Nicki Minaj arrived in a daring baby-blue gown.

Her $9,900 off-the-shoulder gown from Schiaparelli featured a floor-length skirt, all-over ruching, and a keyhole-shaped cutout down its bodice.
She wore it with dangling earrings and thick gold arm cuffs. The rapper’s hair was styled in a sleek, straight look with bangs.
The Hegseths took opposite approaches to their outfits.

Pete Hegseth wore an ocean-blue suit with a white button-up shirt, a polka-dot tie, and brown leather dress shoes.
His wife, Jennifer, however, took a more glitzy approach. She wore a sequin-covered pantsuit with short sleeves, a V-neckline, and a black belt.

Linda McMahon also participated in the blue fashion trend.
