Barclay Group is developing a 239,000-square-foot warehouse venture within the 320-acre Vistancia master-planned community. The Phoenix Business Journal reports Vistancia Commerce Park at Five North is in the area where Amkor previously planned to build its massive semiconductor packaging and testing facility before relocating to Peoria’s Innovation Core.
Vistancia Commerce Park will sit on 18 acres at the southeast corner of Westward Skies Drive and Desert Cactus Lane, right along the Loop 303, with access to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co.’s $165 billion plant.
Four buildings will range in size from 43,600 square feet to 93,600 square feet, with flexibility allowing the spaces to be divisible down to 9,400 square feet. Â JLL is handling the leasing. Butler Design Group is the architect and GM Civil is the civil engineer.
Developers expect to break ground in the second quarter of next year and deliver by Q2 2027.
