SPX Flow tapped commercial real estate brokerage JLL to market Ballantyne Tower, a nine-story, 240,000-square-foot Class A building at 13320 Ballantyne Corporate Place. The property hit the market on March 19. Features include a 288-seat auditorium, ample conference rooms, a high-end fitness center, and a newly renovated Bistro for tenants.Â
The Triad Business Journal reports Ryan Clutter, JLL’s senior managing director, said there is no official asking price on the building. He said JLL’s team is positioning the property to sell for about $72 million. It has an assessed value of about $65.7 million. Ballantyne Tower sits directly across from The Bowl, a more than $1 billion project.
The Bissell Cos developed Ballantyne Tower in 2011. It is 100% leased. Current tenants include Dentsply Sirona, Columbus McKinnon and SERC Reliability Corp.
